Refund policy
Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date your order is received in-store or delivered. Regrettably, we are unable to process exchanges or store credits after this 7 day period!
- The Gracia Store assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged packages once the tracking number has been provided to the customer.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, with all tags intact, and in their original packaging. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Please be aware that the following items are non-returnable: sale items and gift cards.
- Please note that we do not offer refunds.
- You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
- Please note that only one exchange per invoice is permitted, with no exceptions.
